Fixes to my xidi configs

After some testing with friends, I figured out my xidi.ini was not set up for multiple controllers.

So, I figured I'll upload a separate file for folks to patch in.

All you have to do is rename the file to xidi.ini in any of my releases tagged "xidi" and "dpadfix"then,  it should work properly with multiple players.

Make sure you also have Xidi downloaded if you just want to use the config file.

This config is also set up to not make a new log every time you boot the game. So no more desktop being clutter with log files you have no need for.
